Ingredients
- Butter: 8 tbsp
- Garlic: 2 cloves, crushed and chopped
- Sage leaves: 1/4 cup coarsely chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
Notes
- Can add some chopped walnuts with the sage for an even better sauce
- For keto - serve on veggie noodles or chicken
- For gluten-free - sub GF pasta
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over low-medium heat. When the butter begins to get just slightly bubbly, add the chopped garlic
- Stir the garlic for about a minute, then add the sage and continue stirring and cooking for 1-2 minutes until the butter has turned light brown and has a rich, nutty aroma
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss with pasta of choice and enjoy
