Description
Meat with a texture reminiscent of Chinese takeout for fried rice and stir-fries

Ingredients
- Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
- Sliced onions and/or garlic: to taste
- Meat: 1 lb, thinly sliced
Notes
- Use GF soy sauce or tamari to make GF
- Can sub vegetable oil for sesame oil
- Add an egg white for a thicker slurry
- Add 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or rice vinegar for more flavor
Instructions
- Combine all non-meat ingredients and mix well
- Toss meat to coat
- Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, then cook in stir fry, fried rice, etc. (use a bit of oil to pan fry the sliced meat) and add to your favorite dish
