Description

Crispy oven-roasted asparagus

Ingredients

  • Asparagus: as much as you want
  • Olive oil: enough to coat asparagus
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste

Notes

  • Optional: add a few cloves of garlic (thinly sliced or minced) on top before roasting, or add some Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Lightly toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes
