Sichuan Duck Sauce
Description
Tasty Sichuan inspired sauce that goes great on duck
Ingredients
- Hoisin sauce: to taste
- Spicy king hot pot sauce: to taste
Notes
- The hot pot sauce I used comes in an 8oz glass jar. Other brands may work too, but I haven't tried yet
Instructions
- Mix together about two parts hot pot sauce and 1 part hoisin sauce
