Tasty Sichuan inspired sauce that goes great on duck

• Hoisin sauce: to taste
• Spicy king hot pot sauce: to taste

• The hot pot sauce I used comes in an 8oz glass jar. Other brands may work too, but I haven't tried yet

1. Mix together about two parts hot pot sauce and 1 part hoisin sauce
