Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl of a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds, until crumbly texture
  2. Remove dough and form it into a ball, then place on lightly floured cutting board. Knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic (add extra water or flour as needed)
  3. Form into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes, then use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day
  4. Roll out according to instructions on your pasta roller
