I haven't tried this in a Kitchenaid, but I imagine it would work fine
I used about 1 tsp Morton kosher salt
Instructions
Put the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the flour and add all other ingredients. Using a fork, beat the eggs together with the olive oil, water, and salt. Begin to incorporate the flour into this well
Make the mixture homogenous by carefully continuing to mix in the flour, then begin kneading. Knead for about 10 - 15 minutes, until the dough is very smooth and almost velvety. Add more water as needed
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for at least one hour; if you plan to let it rest for more than this, put it in the refrigerator
