To store: wrap tightly in aluminum foil and freeze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 6 small loaf pans (8“ x 4 ”)
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Set aside
Combine the rest of the ingredients except the cranberries and walnuts together in a separate bowl, then mix the two bowls together. Fold in cranberries and walnuts
Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
