Simple but delicious hot cocoa mix

I Am Baker

• Confectioner's sugar: 250 g (about 2 cups)
• Dutch-processed cocoa powder: 118 g (about 1 cup)
• Powdered milk: 170 g (about 2.5 cups)
• Cornstarch: 2 tsp
• Kosher salt: 1 tsp

• Can add about 2 tbsp of hazelnut powder per 8oz milk / 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix for hazelnut hot chocolate
• Other flavor options: peppermint extract, almond extract, cinnamon…
• Mini marshmallows are always good
• MUST use Dutch-processed cocoa powder, not regular!
• Can use hot water instead of hot milk for less good hot cocoa

1. Sift together all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well together
2. To make hot cocoa, use about 1/4 cup of hot cocoa mix whisked into 8 oz milk, heated gently in a small pot on the stove
