Easy creamy dressing for any salad

Love and Lemons

• Avocado: 1
• Water: 3/4 cup
• Olive oil: 1/4 cup
• Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
• Dill: 1 tbsp (fresh)
• Garlic: 2 cloves
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper: to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; add water as needed to thin out. Store in jar in fridge
