Add in flour and salt; mix until crumbly -Press the crust into the pan and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown -While the crust is baking, make the filling by combining 1 stick butter, 1 cup brown sugar, honey, and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
