====== Honey Garlic Chicken ======

Sweet and savory chicken dish that's extremely easy and fast

====Ingredients====
  *Olive oil: 2 tsp (can substitute vegetable oil) \\ \\ 
  *Chicken breast: 1.5 lbs, boneless and skinless, cut into small, 1/2 inch cubes
  *Salt: to taste
  *Pepper: to taste \\ \\ 
  *Honey: 3 tbsp
  *Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  *Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  *Red pepper flakes: 1/4 tsp

====Notes====
  *Serve with rice and a vegetable such as [[roasted asparagus]] or [[spinach with garlic]]
  *Top with sesame seeds and/or thinly sliced scallion greens
  *Be careful not to overcook the chicken - it cooks through pretty quickly
  *Sub soy sauce with tamari to make GF


====Instructions====
  -Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  -Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and brown on one side, about 3 - 4 minutes (don't touch it during this time to let it get a nice brown color)
  -Make the glaze while the chicken is cooking - whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until well combined
  -Add the sauce to the pan and toss to coat the chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 4 - 5 more minutes
  -Serve with rice and a vegetable; top with scallions and sesame seeds if desired
